Pre-Registration is now closed… HOWEVER, if you still would like to join our Roanoke Hike for Hospice on Sunday (9/10) afternoon, you can register on the day of the event as well!
Day of Registration tables will be located outside the Explore Park Visitors Center and will be open for potential participants to sign up that afternoon from 1:30pm – 3:00pm.

VIP Farm-to-Table Dinner (limited seating) – $50

***t-shirts and bags are first-come, first-served for day of registration.
***Please note that we will not be able to offer refunds in the event of inclement weather.
For those participants who pre-register for the Roanoke Hike for Hospice, we will be hosting a “packet pickup” at the Walkabout Outfitter store located at the Valley View Mall.

Pre-registered participants will be able to pick up their t-shirts and hike bags at this Walkabout Outfitter location from 10:00am – 12:00pm on the Saturday before the event. this allows participants to have their t-shirts to wear at the event and also have any event questions answered before the actual event on Sunday afternoon.
If participants are not able to make it to the “packet pickup” on Saturday morning, they will still be able to check-in at the pre-registered check-in tent located in front of the Explore Park Visitor Center on that Sunday afternoon of the event.

Team (4 or more members): $20.00 each
***All participants who pre-register are guaranteed to receive a Hike for Hospice t-shirt. Those who raise more than $100.00 on their fundraising pages will receive a special Hike for Hospice Hero long sleeved t-shirt.

With registration all participants will receive a complimentary hiking bag with swag from our sponsors and t-shirts will be given out on a “first come, first served” basis for those who register on the day of.

Participants who had pre-registered for the main event, but decide they would like to participate in the VIP Farm-to-Table Dinner once they arrive at the event, may register on the day of event to attend the VIP Farm-to-Table Dinner by paying the difference of their registration fee at the check in tents.
***VIP Farm-to-Table participants will receive a Hike for Hospice t-shirt (only guaranteed for those who pre-register) and a hiking bag with their registration. VIP participants are also eligible to receive a special Hike for Hospice Hero long sleeved t-shirt if they raise $100.00 or more from their online fundraising pages.
